Shipping Policy: A Guide to the Courier's Path Last Updated: April 21, 2026

At Ash & Prose, LLC, we are committed to a transparent and reliable shopping experience. For the purpose of this policy:

  • "Handling Time" refers to the time it takes to prepare, package, and dispatch your order.

  • "Transit Time" refers to the time the parcel spends with the shipping carrier.

  • "Courier Guild" refers to our third-party shipping carriers (USPS and UPS).

SECTION 1 — FULFILLMENT & ORIGIN Primary fulfillment originates from our artisan studio in Grand Junction, Colorado, USA. To provide a diverse range of artifacts, select items (such as apparel) are fulfilled via vetted production partners and may ship from secondary locations. Consequently, items in a single order may arrive in separate parcels.

SECTION 2 — SHIPPING TIMELINES (DOMESTIC) To ensure your artifacts reach you safely, we utilize the following estimated delivery windows:

  • Order Handling/Processing: 3–5 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

  • Estimated Transit Time: 3–5 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Window: 6–10 Business Days.
    Disclaimer: All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Ash & Prose, LLC is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or logistical disruptions.

SECTION 3 — RATES & COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING

  • Calculated Rates: Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on the weight of the artifacts and the delivery destination.

  • Complimentary Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic (US) orders over $80.00. The selection of the carrier for complimentary shipping is at the sole discretion of Ash & Prose, LLC.

SECTION 4 — TRACKING & PROOF OF DELIVERY Upon dispatch, a notification containing a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

  • Proof of Fulfillment: Carrier records, including delivery confirmation and tracking data, are considered definitive proof of fulfillment.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all products pass to the customer once the artifacts are handed to the shipping carrier.

SECTION 5 — THEFT, LOSS & DAMAGE

  • Theft: Ash & Prose, LLC is not responsible for 'Porch Piracy' or theft once a package has been marked as 'Delivered' by the carrier. We recommend providing a secure delivery location.

  • Address Accuracy: Any delivery failure or misdelivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer is the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Damage: If an artifact arrives damaged, you must contact us at support@ashprose.com within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.

SECTION 6 — INTERNATIONAL EXPEDITIONS We ship to all international realms. Please note:

  • Duties & Taxes: All customs fees, duties, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not cover tariffs or import duties.

  • Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by international customs clearance processes.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS & THE RETURN VOYAGE Should an artifact not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unburned (candles), and in original condition. Returns of clothing that has been worn, washed, or altered will be refused.

  • Cost: The cost of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. Ash & Prose, LLC does not provide pre-paid return labels for change-of-mind returns.

  • Restocking: Standard returns are not subject to restocking fees.

  • Digital/Custom Items: All sales of digital products and custom/made-to-order artifacts are final sale.
